It is a requirement of legislation (Law) under the electricity at work Act that the owner of the Electrical distribution system ensures that all required maintenance and checks are carried out the ensure that the system is safe.

We recommend that the equipment should be annually inspected/Tested and a report on its condition obtained. The Maintenance should comply with BS6423:2014 maintenance of Low Voltage Equipment.
